Responsibilities:
- Amazon Store Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's Amazon store, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Product Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, images, and enhanced content.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize tools such as Amazon Seller Central and third-party analytics platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve brand visibility on Amazon. This may include sponsored product ads, deals, coupons, and other promotional tactics.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to Amazon customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing feedback and reviews in a timely manner.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends on Amazon, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales, preferably on Amazon on global stores, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, understanding of Amazon's policies and guidelines, and familiarity with tools and features such as Sponsored Products, A+ Content, and Amazon Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing product listings and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies, tools, and best practices in e-commerce and Amazon marketplace.
