At Zoci Voci, we build gifts that carry emotions — personalized lamps, memory jewelry, caricatures, and innovative products like our Telepathy Lamps that connect people across distances.
We are looking for a numbers-driven Amazon Ads Manager who is excited about scaling products, not just managing campaigns.
This role is for someone who enjoys data, experimentation, and growth — someone who treats every campaign like a business.

What You’ll Do
Manage and scale advertising across Amazon:
• Create, manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
(Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Continuously analyze:
- Search term reports
- CTR, CVR, ACOS / ROAS
- Keyword performance
- Campaign structures
• Identify scaling opportunities for winning keywords and products
• Use Google Sheets / Excel to track performance and analyze campaign data
• Test and improve:
- keyword targeting
- bidding strategies
- campaign structures
- listing alignment with ads
• Work with the team to identify new product opportunities based on search demand
• Use AI tools to assist analysis and decision making
• Balance profitability and aggressive scaling
What We’re Looking For
We care more about mindset and analytical ability than years of experience.
Ideal candidate:
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
• Curious about sales psychology and customer intent
• Interested in AI tools and data-driven decision making
• Passionate about sales, growth and optimization
Freshers with strong analytical ability are welcome.
Experience with Amazon Ads is a plus.
