Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Amazon Ads Executive to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts. The role involves campaign execution, performance monitoring, reporting, client communication, and retention management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while delivering measurable growth through Amazon Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance, bids, budgets, keywords, and ad strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Prepare weekly reports and performance insights for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and account setup for new clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients regarding campaign performance and updates.
- Handle client retention by building strong relationships, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Identify churn risks and work towards improving renewals and long-term client retention.
- Identify upselling opportunities for long-term plans and additional services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, campaign documentation, and account updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in Amazon Ads / E-commerce Advertising.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns, bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and deliver performance-focused solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Notion.
- Proactive, accountable, and performance-driven with a strong focus on client success and retention.
