Amazon Ads Executive / Amazon PPC Specialist
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM IST
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Amazon Ads Executive / Amazon PPC Specialist with strong expertise in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising tools, campaign strategy, listing optimization, and brand growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving ROAS, scaling profitable campaigns, and enhancing overall brand visibility on Amazon marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Amazon Advertising & PPC Management
● Plan, create, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns including:
○ Sponsored Products
○ Sponsored Brands
○ Sponsored Display
○ Product Targeting Campaigns
○ Keyword Targeting Campaigns
○ Auto & Manual Campaigns
○ Video Ads
● Develop and execute high-performing PPC strategies to increase sales and profitability.
● Conduct extensive keyword research using Amazon tools and third-party software.
● Manage bidding strategies, placements, budgets, and campaign structures.
● Continuously monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
● Scale profitable campaigns while reducing wasted ad spend.
● Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
2) Listing Optimization & Sales Growth
● Optimize product listings to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
● Improve:
○ Product Titles
○ Bullet Points
○ Product Descriptions
○ Backend Search Terms
○ Product Images
● Increase product visibility and sales through strategic listing enhancements.
● Work closely with design/content teams for creative optimization.
3) Brand Building & Store Management
● Create and manage Amazon Brand Stores.
● Develop compelling Brand Story modules.
● Create and optimize A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
● Ensure brand consistency across all Amazon assets.
● Plan seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotional strategies.
4) Reporting & Analytics
● Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
● Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
● Track KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Present advertising and sales performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and Seller Central management.
● Strong understanding of Amazon advertising ecosystem and algorithms.

○ Product Targeting
○ Campaign Structuring
○ Bid Optimization
○ Search Term Analysis
○ Listing SEO
● Proven track record of scaling Amazon sales through ad optimization.
● Experience managing multiple ASINs and categories.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good to Have:
● Experience in Digital Marketing.
● Knowledge of Google SEO and search optimization.
● Experience with external traffic strategies.
● Experience managing Amazon marketplaces such as UK, US, EU, etc.
