Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Amazon Account Manager to join our team on-site at our Hyderabad office. The role involves managing and optimizing our Amazon seller accounts, including product listing creation, pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with platform policies. You will analyze sales data to identify trends, conduct keyword research for SEO optimization, and oversee advertising campaigns to maximize reach and revenue. Additionally, you will handle inventory management, monitor customer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and performance on Amazon.
Qualifications
- Amazon Marketplace expertise, including account management, product listing optimization, and creating appealing product descriptions
- Experience in keyword research, SEO, and analyzing sales metrics to drive data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in managing Amazon advertisement campaigns (PPC) and using tools for analytics and performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management and maintaining compliance with Amazon policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with teams and address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Experience in the apparel or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
