Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor inventory, order processing, returns, and customer support coordination.
- Plan and execute online sales strategies to improve revenue and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and design teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends.
- Optimize product visibility and performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Prepare reports on sales, performance metrics, and business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in E-commerce Management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce tools.
- Experience in handling product listings, ads, and marketplace operations.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
