ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Amazon specialist to own and grow our presence across multiple product lines. You'll be responsible for the full Amazon P&L from listing optimization and advertising to inventory forecasting and account health. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence revenue and profitability across our portfolio.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Advertising & Performance
- Manage daily PPC operations across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures to hit ROAS and ACOS targets
- Test new ad formats, placements, and targeting strategies
- Own monthly advertising budget allocation across brands
Listing Optimization & Content
- Write and optimize product titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Coordinate A+ content creation and ensure brand consistency
- Manage product images, videos, and creative testing
- Update listings based on performance data and seasonal trends
Account Management & Operations
- Monitor account health metrics and resolve policy issues
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with fulfillment team
- Handle case escalations with Seller Support
- Manage product variations, catalog structure, and technical fixes
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies across all brands
Promotions & Growth
- Plan and execute Lightning Deals, coupons, and promotional events
- Own Prime Day, Black Friday, and seasonal campaign planning
- Test pricing strategies and monitor competitive landscape
- Identify new growth opportunities (Subscribe & Save, bundles, etc.)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales, conversion rates, traffic, and profitability metrics
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend monitoring
- Forecast sales and recommend inventory needs
Brand Protection
- Monitor for unauthorized sellers and policy violations
- File trademark complaints and manage counterfeit takedowns
- Maintain brand registry and IP protection
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Proven track record of scaling brands and improving profitability
- Deep expertise in Amazon PPC (campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword research)
- Strong analytical skills; you're comfortable in Excel/Sheets and can interpret data
- Experience writing high-converting product copy
- Knowledge of Amazon's policies, account health metrics, and escalation processes
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple brands
Bonus points
- Experience with home goods, kitchen appliances, or consumer electronics
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue
- A+ content design skills or experience coordinating with designers
- Experience managing Amazon international marketplaces
