About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Health & Compliance Specialist to manage and safeguard the performance and compliance of our Amazon accounts across Vendor and Seller Central (UK & EU marketplaces). This role is responsible for monitoring account health, resolving compliance issues, managing product-level and account-level risks, and ensuring all listings meet Amazon and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling Amazon compliance cases, reinstatements, and regulatory documentation.
Responsibilities
Account Health Management
- Monitor Amazon Account Health dashboards (Seller & Vendor) across UK & EU
- Track key metrics including Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Cancellation Rate and policy violations
- Proactively identify risks that could impact account performance or suspension
- Maintain strong account health ratings at all times
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and category-specific requirements
- Manage compliance for regulated products (e.g. toys, electronics, chemicals, etc.)
- Maintain and organise compliance documentation including:
- Test reports
- Declarations of Conformity
- MSDS / SDS
- CE / UKCA documentation
Case Management & Escalations
- Handle and resolve Amazon cases related to:
o Listing suppressions
o Compliance violations
o Product removals
o Account warnings
- Draft and submit high-quality Plans of Action (POAs) for reinstatements
- Escalate critical issues effectively within Amazon (Account Managers / AVS / Support)
Listing & Product Compliance
- Review listings for compliance risks before launch
- Work closely with Buying and Product teams to ensure all new products meet Amazon and legal requirements
- Ensure correct product categorisation, attributes, and safety information are in place
EU & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance across EU and UK marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES)
- Stay up to date with EU and UK regulations including:
o CE / UKCA
o REACH / CLP
o WEEE
o Toy Safety Regulations
- Support documentation requirements for Pan-EU and cross-border selling
Internal Process & SOP Development
- Develop and maintain SOPs for compliance and account health management
- Implement proactive checks to reduce future compliance issues
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Buying, Design, Packaging, and Operations teams
- Coordinate compliance requirements during product development and sourcing
- Support warehouse and logistics teams with labelling and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Amazon Account Health / Compliance / Seller Support role
- Strong experience handling Amazon compliance cases and reinstatements (POAs)
- Experience with Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
- Knowledge of Amazon policies and enforcement processes
- Experience managing compliance for EU marketplaces
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Experience with regulated categories (toys, electronics, chemicals, FMCG)
- Understanding of Amazon systems such as:
o Account Health dashboard
o Compliance dashboard
o Product Safety & Compliance requests
- Familiarity with documentation such as:
o Test lab reports (e.g. Intertek, SGS)
o MSDS / SDS
o Declarations of Conformity
Preferred Skills
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Calm under pressure with ability to handle escalations
- Strong written communication (especially for POAs and Amazon cases)
- Proactive mindset with focus on prevention.
