We're seeking a part-time UI/UX Designer to join our remote team and help shape the digital presence of our expanding portfolio. What You'll Do: 🎨 UI/UX Design & Prototyping – Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications with user-centered thinking. 🛠 Figma Mastery – Utilize Figma to create sleek, scalable designs using auto-layout, components, and responsive grids. 📱 Design for Web & Mobile – Develop adaptable designs that ensure a seamless experience across devices. 🚀 Creative Problem Solving – Translate briefs into engaging and effective designs that meet business objectives. 📝 Collaboration – Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life. 🖌 Brand Identity & Design Systems – Help establish and maintain consistent design guidelines for multiple brands. Tools You Should Be Familiar With: ✔ Figma – Mastery of auto-layout, components, and interactive prototypes. ✔ Framer or Webflow – Experience with interactive or no-code design tools is a plus. ✔ Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar for visual design and asset creation. What We're Looking For: ✅ Proven UI/UX Experience – 2+ years of design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-moving environment. ✅ Portfolio That Wows – A strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects that highlight both creativity and user-centered design. ✅ Strong Visual Design Skills – Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces. ✅ Attention to Detail – A keen eye for precision and consistency. ✅ Self-Starter – Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. ✅ Clear Communication – Ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
