Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend architecture.
• Lead design and development of complex web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Establish UI development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Architect component libraries and ensure performance optimization.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
• Participated in discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solutioning.
• Able to present technical solutions, demos, and architectural approaches to stakeholders.
• Lead and managed distributed UI development teams (onshore/offshore).
• UI performance optimization and profiling tools
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Required Skills

• 9- 12 years of overall experience in frontend development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing UI architecture for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience in REST API integration.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
  

Good To Have

• Working knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience designing or consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Micro-Frontend architecture (preferred).
• Designing and developing GIS based solutions.
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, etc.)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
