Junior Software Engineer

Job Title: Fiber Telecom Executive (Junior Level) Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Location: [Gurugram] Work from Office Job Type: Jr. Engineer Industry: Telecommunications Department: GIS-Telecom Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiber Telecom Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in fiber optics and telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have the knowledge of Fiber Optic Network Design and should be able to understand different data sources to digitize the Fiber Optic Cables and Fiber Optic objects within the database. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in fiber optic cable laying, splicing, and placement of fiber optic objects. · Support fiber network deployment other activities. · Maintain and update fiber route documentation and network inventory. · Handle customer complaints and apply the resolutions. Required Skills: · Basic understanding of fiber optic technology (FTTH, FDT, FAT, etc.). · Familiarity with fiber splicing · Good communication skills for coordination and reporting. · Basic knowledge of GIS mapping and route planning is a plus. · Ability to read fiber route diagrams and infrastructure layouts. Technical Skills: · Knowledge of working in GIS tools like, ArcGIS/QGIS/AutoCAD. · Having basic knowledge of Database Systems (Oracle/Connect Master/Small world) Qualifications: · Diploma/Graduate in any discipline · Certification in Fiber Optic Fundamentals (preferred, not mandatory). · 6 months to 1 year experience in telecom/fiber projects or operations.
