We digitize internal and external processes with the ServiceNow platform. Fit for free: Use our free gym for your health and fitness Exclusive Deals: Platform with changing discounts – discover new offers and save money What you can achieve with us Application Management: You create technical concepts and specifications for the ServiceNow platform and its surrounding systems Project responsibility: You will assume the role of technical contact person and (partial) project management for the further development of ServiceNow Quality management: You define, implement and monitor quality assurance measures in development Support Coordination: You coordinate and are responsible for support activities related to ServiceNow Hub function: You work closely with the business and the ServiceNow team and act as a link between both This is what you bring with you Experience: You have many years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, especially with ITSM, CSM and HR modules Education: You have a degree in business informatics (university, university of applied sciences or college) or a comparable qualification Technical skills & agile methods: You are well-versed in ServiceNow and agile methods such as Scrum and/or SAFe Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
