Assistant Manager - Transport Operations
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Transport Operations to join our team in Bangalore/Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Transportation Operations, Fleet Management, and Travel & Logistics.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective transportation operations strategies to ensure timely and efficient movement of employees and goods.
- Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs, and develop strategies to reduce expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors and service providers.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on transportation operations best practices.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in Transportation Operations, Fleet Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Transportation, Logistics, or Business Administration.
