Job Description
The AM – HR (Sales – HR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Daily tasks include overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for the sales team, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee records, and ensuring accurate handling of employee benefits and compensation-related queries. The AM – HR will work closely with sales leadership to address personnel matters, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with statutory and company HR guidelines. This position also involves preparing HR reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement in HR processes for the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Hands-on HR Management skills, including handling recruitment support, onboarding, performance review coordination, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ability to design, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS tools, MS Office, and basic HR analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership.
