Sustainability & Climate Action (Nature Bio Foods)
• Support the Nature Bio Foods sustainability team in achieving carbon neutrality goals across operations. • Assist in GHG emissions data collection, calculations, and documentation (Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 categories).
• Support implementation, monitoring, and reporting related to Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments.
• Assist in preparation of sustainability disclosures, internal dashboards, and climate-related documentation.
Content, Proposals & Reporting (Ecolife Foundation)
• Develop content for sustainability and CSR communication, including reports, presentations, case studies, and knowledge materials.
• Support proposal writing for CSR, donor-funded, and sustainability projects.
• Prepare periodic narrative and impact reports for donors and stakeholders, aligned with agreed indicators, formats, and timelines.
Field Projects & Monitoring
• Conduct field visits to projects with multiple interventions including health programs, school adoption and education initiatives, and agriculture and water conservation projects.
• Support monitoring, documentation, beneficiary interactions, and data collection during project visits.
• Coordinate with field teams, partners, and local stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and accurate reporting.
• Provide functional support to the fundraising team, including documentation, proposal inputs, and field-level insights.
Employee Engagement & Awareness
• Design and support programs to sensitize employees towards sustainability.
• Mobilise and enroll employees to actively participate in sustainability initiatives.
• Organise regular awareness sessions, campaigns, workshops, and participation programs to drive internal engagement.
Other Responsibilities
• Any other work as may arise in support of sustainability, CSR, and organisational objectives.
Travel & Mobility
• Open and willing to travel across different locations within India, including rural and project sites.
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Understanding of sustainability, climate action, and CSR frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of carbon accounting and emissions reporting.
• Strong content writing, proposal writing, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Sustainability, Environment, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Agriculture, or related fields.
• 5–6 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, NGO, or development sector roles (flexible based on profile).
