Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AM Security / Security Manager based in Alappuzha. The role involves managing the physical security of the property, overseeing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests, staff, and assets. Responsibilities include developing, enforcing, and maintaining security protocols, performing risk assessments, conducting regular security audits, coordinating with local authorities, and addressing emergencies. The Security Manager will also oversee cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with security regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management
- Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security principles
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to create and implement safety policies and crisis response plans
- Familiarity with risk assessments and security audits
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to manage security personnel and collaborate with other departments
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous hospitality industry experience and understanding of guest service priorities is an advantage
