Description and Requirements
Basic Function
- Manage Quality Assurance for the aligned capabilities and work closely with stateside and GOSC team.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholder and GOSC team in process improvement initiatives
The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:
Essential Functions
- Assisting Ops and stateside team in identifying training needs for the associates and process level issues that can help improve process performance.
- Improving operational efficiency
- Metric identification/baselining for new/existing processes
- Team Development and mentoring
- Govern RCA / report out weekly/monthly for processes.
- Best practice sharing across the team.
- Drive culture of data-oriented decision making
- CMMI Governance in the aligned capabilities
- Bring efficiency in the function through automation.
- Perform data analysis for better decision making.
- Support in Process improvement initiatives (Project & Value stories)
- Support in additional consulting projects as & when required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Experience:
- Professional with 5+ years of work experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of the Quality assurance Concepts, process, and tools
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Knowledge on Transaction Monitoring and management
- Strong hold on data collection and reporting & Analysis.
- Trained on 7 QC Tools
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
- Ability to empower, motivate and develop others.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and Logical Thinking
- Good written and verbal communication, proficiency in English language
- Strong Drive for Results and accountability
- Strong Planning and organizing skills.
