Why You Will Love this Job
Basic Function
- To assist in sales growth for opportunities specially for the Genset ranging from 1010 kVA to 4600 kVA.
- Study tender documents for the technical and commercial terms and identify the deviations and
communicate with the sales team and customers.
- Responsible for coordinating and attending technical meetings with customers at site to understand requirements.
- Evaluating technical & Commercial specifications. Create proposal, Mechanical & Electrical as per project need.
- Preparation of Technical data sheet as per customer requirement.
- Basic Engine knowledge about Safety, controls, and applications.
- Basic Genset knowledge about Genset installation, erection, commissioning of DG set & its accessories.
- Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings, Dimensional Layout and Schematic Drawing, Single Line Diagram for Switchboard and Site layout in CAD/REVIT.
- Arrange Back - up offers from Sub – supplier for bought out equipment, contractors for site work.
- Preparation of Price list, BOQ for project requirement and cost analysis.
- Achieve drawing approval and manufacturing clearance from Customer/Consultant post order.
- Liaising with production, purchase, engineering, legal and account department for pre-post order
information/clarifications.
- Vendor development for the special items.
- Planning of Erection, Installation and Commissioning activities based on project progress.
- Supervise site work to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Customers handling skill with verbal and written communications.
Specific Responsibilities
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers.
- Proficiency in preparing cost estimation of Electrical panel, calculations, cables schedules etc.
- Project management and execution.
- Prior experience in a customer support/facing role, understands customer needs from the customer’s perspective and ensures that they are met.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
