Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager (AM) Operations, based in Noida. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and implementing effective project strategies to ensure smooth functionality. Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and evaluating data to enhance operations
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Sales and Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and client satisfaction
- Project Management expertise, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate operational projects successfully
- Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in facility management or similar industries is a plus
