🚀 We're Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP)
📍 Location: Pune and Hyderabad

Are you passionate about partnering with business leaders and driving people strategies that create business impact? We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage the complete employee lifecycle while working closely with business and sales teams to build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Support organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and capability development initiatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve workforce productivity and business performance.
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Drive change management and continuous HR process improvements.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a Generalist HR role.
- Experience in Payments Bank, Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the payments banking ecosystem and frontline workforce management.
- Experience in employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business leaders and influence organizational decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive action.
