Job OverviewResponsible for end-to-end production planning & control, managing manpower, materials, and machinery (punching, forming, forklifts, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. The role involves driving efficiency and independently handling large-scale production activities.

Skills Required✔️ Experience in PPC within structural steel / metal / sheet manufacturing
✔️ Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning & workflow optimization
✔️ Expertise in inventory control, MRP & vendor coordination
✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems & advanced Excel
✔️ Good understanding of steel structures, roll forming & fabrication processes
✔️ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Key Requirements✔️ Knowledge of industrial steel buildings & cold-formed steel systems
✔️ Ability to lead teams and drive productivity
✔️ Ensure quality standards & safety compliance
✔️ Monitor targets and ensure on-time delivery
