Role Description The AM–DGFT role at Manorama Industries Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves managing all activities related to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), including handling import and export licensing, maintaining compliance with relevant foreign trade policies, and coordinating documentation for incentives and schemes. The individual will monitor regulatory updates, ensure accurate and timely submission of applications, and maintain records related to export promotion schemes and duty benefits. Daily responsibilities also include liaising with internal departments, external consultants, and government authorities to resolve queries, support audits, and optimize benefits under DGFT regulations. The role requires proactive follow-up on approvals, continuous process improvement in trade compliance, and preparation of reports and summaries for management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of DGFT regulations, foreign trade policy, export promotion schemes, and related statutory requirements.
- Experience in import–export documentation, licensing processes, and coordination with customs, ports, and government authorities.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented organization, preferably in oils, fats, or related FMCG sectors, will be beneficial.
