Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AM Conversion at our Noida Head Office. The role involves optimizing conversion strategies. The AM Conversion will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes, communicate actionable insights, and develop strategies to improve conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries) related to stroke rehabilitation services
• Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment plans, therapies, expected outcomes, and pricing • Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively communicating the value of rehabilitation programs •Coordinate with clinical teams (physiotherapists, doctors, nurses) to align patient needs with treatment offerings
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking systems
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective patients to ensure closure
• Assist in patient onboarding, documentation, and admission processes
• Build relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, neurologists, and caregivers
