Responsible for managing the overall Concierge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized services, efficient handling of guest requests, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Leads the Concierge team in delivering luxury service standards, managing VIP arrivals, travel arrangements, local recommendations, and special guest experiences while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and brand standards.
Oversees daily team performance, staff training, grooming standards, and service quality while handling guest concerns, escalations, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Works closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security departments to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest journeys.
Preferred Qualification: B.Sc. Hotel Management / BHM
Total Experience: 6–7 Years (Luxury / Upscale Hospitality Preferred)
