Role Description The Alwar role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajmer. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations of the garments business, including assisting customers, handling basic sales transactions, maintaining stock display and store cleanliness, and helping with receiving and organizing new inventory. The person in this role may also support simple record-keeping, communicating customer needs to the owner or manager, and coordinating with local suppliers or delivery staff as needed. Consistent attendance, cooperative teamwork, and a polite, service-focused attitude are essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, provide courteous assistance, and communicate clearly in local languages and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of retail or garments handling, including organizing products, checking stock, and supporting sales activities.
- Comfort with simple cash handling or point-of-sale processes, and attention to detail in basic record-keeping.
