About the role

As a Manager within our Business Transformation Services (BTS) team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their organizational transformation objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading key workstreams as part of large-scale transformational initiatives, with a focus on areas such as operating model design, process optimization, and organizational change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to develop and implement tailored solutions that drive sustainable change. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the delivery of complex transformation projects, including project management, stakeholder management, and team leadership - Analyzing current-state processes and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improvement - Designing target-state operating models and organizational structures to enable the desired future state - Developing and leading the implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working - Providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership to clients on industry best practices and innovative solutions - Mentoring and developing junior team members to build a high-performing, diverse workforce
