The Team

We are seeking a Senior Director of Global Operations to lead the operational backbone of our AI & Knowledge Management function. This role will drive financial oversight, governance, and Responsible AI (RAI) practices—ensuring that our AI initiatives are scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

This leader will bring structure and discipline to a rapidly evolving space, partnering closely with AI, product, engineering, and change management leaders to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and with clear business value.

How you will contribute

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Own the operational backbone of the AI & KM team’s activities, including resource planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and governance.

  • Establish and continuously improve team processes, project tracking, and reporting rhythms — ensuring visibility into priorities, risks, and dependencies

  • Lead on program management for key strategic initiatives

  • Take leadership on responsible AI from an operational lens — partnering with risk, legal, and data privacy teams

  • Orchestrate team engagement and culture—leadership meetings, all-hands, engagement mechanisms, etc.

  • Establish and lead the operating model for AI & Knowledge Management initiatives

  • Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of AI programs

  • Implement scalable processes to support growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment

Financial Management & Budget Oversight

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for AI and Knowledge initiatives

  • Partner with finance and leadership to ensure investments align with strategic priorities

  • Monitor ROI, cost efficiency, and value realization across programs

  • Provide transparency into spend, resource allocation, and outcomes

Governance & Risk Management/RAI

  • Define and implement global governance frameworks for AI and Knowledge platforms

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards

  • Establish decision-making structures, approval processes, and reporting mechanisms

  • Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams on emerging AI considerations

  • Lead the development and operationalization of Responsible AI (RAI)practices

  • Implement controls around data usage, model governance, bias mitigation, and explainability

  • Stay current on evolving AI regulations and industry standards

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Partner with AI, product, engineering, and change management teams to ensure coordinated delivery

  • Drive program governance, timelines, and milestone tracking

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across initiatives

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure operational performance and business impact

  • Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Continuously improve processes based on data and feedback

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations leadership

  • Proven track record managing budgets, governance, and large-scale initiatives

  • Experience supporting AI, data, or technology-driven programs

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets

  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders

  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments

  • Familiarity with AI governance, RAI frameworks, and regulatory considerations

  • Experience establishing operating models for emerging or high-growth functions
