Job Responsibilities:
- Forwarding claims to attorneys across the country for review and legal recommendation
- Managing claims in various states that have been sued
- Acting as a liaison between the attorneys and our clients
- Negotiating settlements
- Management of bankruptcy cases from filing the Proof of Claims
- Create a sense of urgency on non-paying debtors
- Work closely with Client Support Representative to resolve disputes
- Meet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quota’s
Job Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
- $13 per hour PLUS commission and bonuses (average commission ranges $2k-$3k monthly)
