Interns complete special projects for their department and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the program includes: - Focus lunch with Alto - Shaam's president prepared by our culinary team - Intern leadership building event - Opportunity to ask questions to former interns who are now full time employees - Executive- level networking event - Goal setting with manager and summer end review - Product training by the culinary team - A final recap presentation on your projects and takeaways for managers and other interns A Day in the Life · Manage deployment of hardware/software to customers. · Provide system training and support. · Participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions. · Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high levels of support to end users. · Provide assistance in diagnosing causes of computer downtime and make changes to improve network service.
