About the role
As an Application Engineer at Altium, you'll enhance cloud and on-prem products, assist customers, manage test instances, and influence product roadmaps.
Knowledge Building: Enhance the team's understanding of cloud, on-prem, and PLM systems and their applications.
Test Instance Management: Set up and maintain test instances of various software systems and their versions.
Customer Issue Resolution: Analyze, propose, and implement solutions for customer issues and related requests.
Roadmap Influence: Contribute to shaping the product development and integration roadmap by providing insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Documentation and Training: Assist in developing comprehensive technical documents, knowledge base articles, and product training materials.
