Senior Python Developer

Altimetrik is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Python-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop efficient, maintainable, and scalable Python-based applications - Implement best practices in software engineering, including testing, code reviews, and documentation - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance - Mentor junior developers and share your expertise to help grow the team - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Python ecosystem Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Python development - Proficient in Python and its core libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Django, Flask) - Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles - Experience with relational databases and SQL - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience in agile software development methodologies
