Intern - Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and data-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and assist in the development of actionable solutions. You will help analyze data, gather requirements, and document findings while learning how to contribute to business strategies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders. Help document business processes, workflows, and use cases. Assist with data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making. Support the identification of process inefficiencies and propose recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of business analysis tasks. Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project planning and implementation. Assist in the creation of project documentation and presentations. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, entering their senior year, or recent graduates (undergraduate or master's level). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of business analysis tools or techniques is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
