About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Alteryx Administrators with strong production support expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and administration of the Alteryx platform, ensuring smooth operations and proactive monitoring of production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Alteryx platform in production environments.
- Perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Automate workflows using basic Java knowledge.
- Implement monitoring and proactive alerting (preferred tools: Splunk, AppDynamics).
- Manage incidents across teams, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Handle vulnerability management and ensure timely remediation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Alteryx administration and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms.
- Basic Java programming for workflow automation.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics preferred).
- Proven expertise in incident and vulnerability management.
