The key objectives of this role are: To lead on translating the business and functional requirements gathered into technically feasible solutions that will enable organisational improvement and transformation. To lead on most complex business system ICT projects and programmes. To provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership across business analysis, solution design, testing and implementation. To work closely with business stakeholders to define, design and deliver solutions that meet their needs. To take a lead in defining and driving the technical roadmap and architecture for the organisation's critical business systems. To support the technical capability and skills development of the wider Systems Analysis team. To ensure that change projects and programmes are delivered on-time, to budget and to the required quality standards. To engage with and collaborate across multiple departments and functions to ensure an integrated approach to systems and solutions delivery. To ensure effective management of suppliers, contracts and relationships in support of the delivery of systems solutions.
