</ul><div>AlphaGraphics San Marcos is looking for an experienced Signs & Large Format Installer to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced print, signage, and marketing company producing everything from vehicle graphics and window vinyl to wall murals, dimensional signage, and large-format installations.<br><br>
</div><div>We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean installations, pays attention to detail, and can represent the company professionally onsite with customers.<br><br>

<strong>Large Format Sign and Vinyl Installer Daily Tasks:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Install: <ul>
<li> Window graphics and vinyl </li>
<li> Vehicle decals and graphics </li>
<li> Floor decals </li>
<li> Wall graphics and murals </li>
<li> Banners and rigid signage </li>
<li> Large format printed graphics </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Perform site surveys and take accurate field measurements </li>
<li> Prepare surfaces and ensure proper installation techniques are followed </li>
<li> Weed, trim, laminate, and prep graphics for installation </li>
<li> Load/unload materials and maintain organization of installation equipment </li>
<li> Work independently or with a team on installations </li>
<li> Communicate professionally with customers onsite </li>
<li> Ensure installations are completed cleanly, safely, and on schedule </li>
<li> Assist with production and finishing when installations are not scheduled</li>

<strong>Ideal Large Format Sign and Vinyl Installer Qualifications: </strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of professional sign and large format installation experience <br> Experience installing: <ul>
<li> Window graphics </li>
<li> Vehicle decals/graphics </li>
<li> Floor decals </li>
<li>Acrylic signs</li>
<li>Post Signs</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Strong understanding of vinyl application techniques and surface preparation </li>
<li> Experience using installation tools, ladders, and basic power tools </li>
<li> Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments </li>
<li> Clean driving record and valid driver’s license </li>
<li> Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship </li>
<li> Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Experience with vehicle wraps </li>
<li> Experience with wall murals and architectural vinyl </li>
<li> Experience operating large format finishing equipment </li>
<li> 3M or Avery certification is a plus </li>
<li> Experience in a print shop or sign shop environment preferred</li>
