About the role

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals. Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities. Provide insights and suggestions for product/service enhancements. Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand. Build strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and deals in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align client expectations and deliverables. Share client feedback to help improve products and services. Contract & Proposal Development: Draft, review, and finalize business proposals, contracts, and agreements. Ensure legal and business compliance during the negotiation and closing phases.
