Job Title: Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process) – Retail & Banking Account Job Responsibilities: - Resolve customer queries over the phone. - Build trust and empathy with customers. - Troubleshoot and provide solutions for customer issues. - Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. - Work in 24x7 shifts (US timings). Qualifications & Skills: - Freshers to 3 years of experience in customer support (International Voice Process). - Excellent spoken English and customer service skills. - High energy and proactive attitude. - Domestic voice experience also considered as freshers. - Flexible to work in rotational/graveyard shifts. - Must be fully vaccinated (2nd dose).
