Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Some Variation if there are earlier or later meetings
Position Objective
The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible for the direction of clinical activities within Alexandria Clinic’s medical sites. This position provides leadership and nursing services to patients in a community health setting and works with the health care team to coordinate the medical providers to provide health care services. The Clinic Nurse Manager assists in the administrative and operational efficiencies through the medical service areas and works closely with the Clinic Directors exercising frequent independent judgment in monitoring the day-to-day operation of the nursing units with minimal administrative assistance/supervision.

Nursing Service Delivery
- Comply with Federal, State and Local Laws pertaining to Ambulatory Nursing and scope of practice for applicable positions
- Ensure that departments are clinically staffed appropriately, meeting productivity standards
- Monitor clinical staff performance in compliance with established timeframes
- Assure all documentation in the EHR is complete as required
- Assist as directed with the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Regularly interfaces with providers, physicians, managers and staff to assist to facilitate communication and improvement activities
- Serve as a strong partner to other departmental and outside community leaders to facilitate compliance and growth throughout the organization
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all other related duties as assigned in a professional and responsive manner
- Demonstrate the ability to use relevant equipment
- Support, understand, and promote Alomere Health’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures
- Ability to meet the work schedule requirements with flexibility dependent upon the needs of the department

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse and one year in a leadership position
- Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
- CPR/BLS Certified
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in School of Nursing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge

- Demonstrate knowledge and application of established practices, protocols, and procedures of the position, department, and applicable professional standards to include accrediting agencies of Alomere Health
- Maintain competency and knowledge of current standards of practice, trends, and developments in related scope of job role or practice; commits to continuous learning for themselves
- Assist in development and fostering of continuous learning for members of team
- Promote a culture of safety and strong communication for patients and employees

- Assist with annual budgeting process
