A leading AI and investment technology-focused organization is looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI automations and agentic workflows using Claude Enterprise.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and optimize Claude-powered workflows and AI agent systems
• Develop and maintain Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites
• Work on Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and multi-agent orchestration
• Configure enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines
• Build scalable workflow frameworks and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with technology leadership to deliver production-ready AI implementations
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise
✔ Expertise in Agent Skills, SKILL.md, and Managed Agents
✔ Experience with multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation
✔ Strong Python and/or JavaScript programming skills
✔ Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SSE/streaming patterns
✔ Knowledge of SCIM, RBAC, governance, and enterprise administration
✔ Experience working with Anthropic platform APIs and enterprise AI tooling
⭐ Preferred/Bonus Skills:
• Enterprise user enablement and troubleshooting experience
• Exposure to finance, investment, or private equity workflows
• Experience creating reusable AI automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of evaluation-driven AI workflow development
