🚨 Hiring: Project Engineer 🚨
📍 Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
📅 Duration: 12+ Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing environment. This role will support engineering initiatives across processing, packaging, and utility systems while driving projects from concept through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead capital projects (CAPEX) from planning, design, budgeting, execution, and closeout
✅ Manage equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and infrastructure projects
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, R&D, and external vendors
✅ Support new product launches, plant expansions, and process improvements
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
✅ Develop technical specifications, project documentation, and engineering proposals
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to plant operations
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or related field
✔ 3–5+ years of Project Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Experience managing capital projects and plant engineering initiatives
✔ Knowledge of packaging, processing, utilities, and automation systems
✔ Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and financial controls
Preferred Experience:

⭐ FDA, OSHA, GMP, and 3-A Sanitary Standards
