UI/UX Designer

Our design division, works on UI/UX, digital illustrations, branding, and creative projects for Fortune 500 companies and global brands. We are looking for a highly skilled Designer to oversee and streamline all design-related operations, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Work and oversee on all design projects (UI/UX, branding, digital illustrations, graphic design, etc.). - Creative Oversight: Ensure quality control across all design deliverables, maintaining brand consistency. - Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align creative output with business goals. - UI/UX Design Leadership: Guide and refine UI/UX processes for digital products, websites, and applications. - Illustration & Graphic Design Supervision: Ensure visually compelling illustrations, branding assets, and marketing creatives. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between designers and business teams, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. - Tech & Tools Management: Optimize workflows using tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Procreate, and other design platforms. - Process Improvement: Implement efficient design ops strategies to improve team productivity and output quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in design leadership, or design operations. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and digital illustration tools. - Excellent team management and collaboration skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong eye for detail and a passion for design innovation. Nice to Have: - Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups. - Knowledge of motion graphics, branding, or 3D design. - Previous experience in managing remote and hybrid design teams.
