This role can be full-time or part-time, with 3 days each week on-site at our Ada clinic. The remaining hours may be completed virtually or in other approved settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients in various settings
  • Work with a broad client population; experience or interest in working with ages 7+ is a plus, though not required
  • Assess needs, develop treatment plans, and support clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with care coordinators, medical providers, and other team members to deliver whole-person, integrated care
  • Refer clients to additional internal or external services as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Minnesota licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or related)
  • Clinical trainees are welcome to apply—we’ll provide supervision and mentorship
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Passion for improving access to mental health care in a rural community
