Job Description:
Our Unarmed Security Officers provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong communication skills. Officers are expected to handle on-site situations calmly and effectively while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
This position requires the ability to complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and maintain awareness of surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong and professional presence
- Enforce contract standards and site policies
- Uphold company employment guidelines
- Administer site safety programs in accordance with post orders
- Monitor and report any incidents or irregular activity
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active BSIS Guard Card
- Must have proof of residency
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Must have flexible availability
- Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must have a valid CPR certification
