We’re looking for a Builder Sales Manager who knows the Dallas–Fort Worth landscape and thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving measurable growth.
What you’ll do:
· Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow territory revenue and expand existing accounts.
· Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with homebuilders using tailored, high-impact presentations.
· Build strong partnerships across all levels – from field teams to executive leadership.
· Stay ahead of market trends, economic shifts, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
· Represent our brand in the local builder community through industry events and associations.
What you'll bring:
· 3+ years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.
· Strong network and market knowledge in the DFW area.
· Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
· Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
