Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic YouTube Content Writer & Host who can become the face of Allo Health on our YouTube channel. In this unique role, you'll create engaging, informative long-form content that explains complex sexual health topics in an approachable, stigma-free way. You'll need to be comfortable on camera, possess exceptional storytelling abilities, and have the skill to make sensitive topics accessible and engaging. As our channel grows, you'll have the opportunity to expand into podcasts, educational series, event coverage, and other multimedia formats.

Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive, well-researched scripts for long-form YouTube videos on sexual health, wellness, pleasure, and hygiene
• Appear on camera as the primary host/presenter, delivering content with confidence, authenticity, and expertise
• Transform complex medical information into engaging, relatable content without sacrificing accuracy
• Collaborate with medical experts to ensure all content is scientifically sound
• Develop creative approaches to explain sensitive topics in ways that resonate with diverse audiences
• Create content that normalizes conversations around sexual health and breaks down stigmas
• Work with the production team on filming, editing, and optimizing videos for engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and viewer feedback to continuously improve content
• Develop ideas for new content series, formats, and channel expansion
• Represent Allo Health at relevant events, potentially creating on-location content

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in health education or on-camera work
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex topics in accessible, engaging ways
• Excellent on-camera presence with clear communication skills
• Strong writing abilities with a focus on educational yet entertaining content
• Comfort and maturity when discussing sensitive sexual health topics
• Basic understanding of video production processes
• Research skills to ensure content accuracy and depth
