Evening Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Allied Emergency Veterinary Service is a locally owned Emergency Veterinary service with 24/7 locations in Eau Claire, WI and Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie, and Rochester, MN. 

We are looking for an evening Part Time Maintenance / Custodian .

Responsibilities:

Internal maintenance and custodial work includes deep cleaning of the building as needed, light maintenance, such as changing filters, patching holes in walls, painting, possibly light electrical or low voltage, hanging items on the walls, investigate issues and come up with creative solutions. 

External responsibilities may include Lawn care and maintenance including trimming plants and bushes as needed. Weed control, spring and fall weed and feed, spraying for insects, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, maintaining landscaping. Winter exterior care as when the snow starts flying again.

Requirements:
- Prior experience being self directed to accomplish the tasks at hand

- Flexibility of tasks due to weather / needs that change

- Basic knowledge of the usage of light equipment.

- Preferably evening or night hours, may include weekend time as well. 

- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to locations as needed, including Rochester and Eau Claire.
