Job Title: Partner Alliance & Revenue Growth
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Pune
Shift Timings: 11:00 am IST to 8:00 pm IST
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to lead and strengthen our partner alliances while driving revenue growth. This role requires a balance of relationship management, business development, and strategic execution to maximize value from existing partnerships and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Alliance Management
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with existing partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and drive mutual growth.
- Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue through partner-led opportunities and collaborations.
- Identify and convert new leads into business opportunities.
- Own the pipeline generated through alliances and ensure closure.
- Business Development
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to drive partner success.
- Strategic Planning
- Define alliance strategy, targets, and KPIs.
- Track performance metrics and optimize partnership outcomes.
- Provide regular insights and reports to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ensure alignment between partner objectives and company goals.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner alliances, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
- Strong network and experience managing enterprise-level partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Prior experience in managing global or large-scale partnerships.
