Our Client is a global open API and InsurTech infrastructure platform enabling insurers, InsurTechs, and ecosystem partners to rapidly launch, integrate, and scale insurance products through modular APIs, middleware, and platform capabilities.
Their Alliances & Partnerships function is a core growth engine, driving enterprise adoption via ISVs, System Integrators, and technology ecosystem partners across high-growth markets.
Reporting to regional leadership, this role will drive partner-led growth across India and the Middle East. It is a hands-on, revenue-focused position responsible for building, activating, and managing partner relationships across ISVs, System Integrators, and technology ecosystem players. The role involves supporting co-sell motions, joint account planning, and contributing directly to enterprise deal execution through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or enterprise sales within SaaS, PaaS, cloud, open-source, automation, or API-driven platforms. They should have a strong track record of working with partners to generate pipeline and support deal closure, with experience engaging ISVs, OEM/embedded models, and global/regional system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys. A solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and partner GTM models is essential, along with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset.
