Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Alliances Manager role based in Noida. The Alliances Manager will develop and manage strategic alliances with key technology and business partners, including identifying new partnership opportunities that align with Team Computers’ solutions and growth priorities. The role involves driving joint business plans, coordinating go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. The Alliances Manager will conduct regular business reviews with partners, track performance against targets, and ensure mutual value creation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong partner relationships through clear communication, resolving issues proactively, and keeping internal stakeholders informed about partner programs, incentives, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, with experience building and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to drive Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning, including joint go-to-market plans and revenue growth initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the organization effectively with partners.
- Experience in IT services, cloud, infrastructure, or related technology domains, preferably in a partner- or alliance-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple partner relationships, and deliver against measurable targets.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with comfort using data and dashboards to track performance and inform decisions.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and collaborative working practices, aligned with a culture of continuous learning and growth.
