About the role
The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and stability of the group by managing financial operations across multiple subsidiaries. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls while providing strategic insights to support decision- making and drive organisational growth. The Financial Controller ensures efficient resource allocation, cost management, and adherence to regulatory requirements, aligning financial strategies with the group's overall objectives. Preparation of all Financial Reports, Auditing of all Financial Records, and managing the profitability of the on-going Operations to ensure positive cash flow, liquidity and solvency.
